Ballot Instructions

1. Order one ballot entry ticket and await an email confirming your entry. You will be entitled to 2 adult tickets + children in your household if you are successful.

2. Winners will be notified via email on 1st June 2026 which will contain a link to book your tickets.

3. If you receive a winner’s email, you will have an allotted amount of time to book your tickets through the link provided before they are released to other entrants. Winning the ballot does not guarantee your place at this event, you must claim your tickets in the window provided to attend the event.

Pricing Information

• There will be a £5.95 booking fee per ticket to claim winning tickets

Additional Information

• You will be entitled up to 2 adult tickets and can apply to bring the children in your household - please check Shambala Festival T&Cs here

• Shambala will be able to provide travel to and from the festival, including a shuttle bus ticket, coach ticket from select cities or a car parking pass for the weekend - you will be given the opportunity to present your individual needs when claiming winning tickets
