How To Get Your Tickets
1. Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This is NOT a ticket.
2. Await your e-ticket(s) from the venue - these will usually be delivered on the day of the event. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your contact email address.
3. Take your e-ticket(s) and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.
Pricing Information
• Tickets retail at £15 (Child) - £25 (Adult). These Discounted Tickets are £7.50 (Child) - £12.50 (Adult) + TFG booking fees
Additional Information
• Child tickets are valid for anyone under 18 years old
• Prams are welcome at Lightroom but they cannot be taken into the show space. They do have a designated area for prams and buggies to be safely stored in our main foyer

• These performances will be BSL Showings
• All tickets for Prehistoric Planet: Discovering Dinosaurs are general entry and do not come with a seat allocation. Busier shows may incur limited seating and therefore we cannot guarantee seating during your visit
• Level Access - There is level access to the building with lift facilities to all levels. An accessible toilet is available on all 3 levels. There are stairs into and out of the show space.
• Wheelchair Hire - Lightroom is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with level entry and lift access to all floors.
You can borrow a wheelchair from us to use during your visit. To arrange for a wheelchair hire, please email us at access@lightroom.uk before your visit. These are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. They have Access Hosts at the venue who will be happy to support you with any specific needs you may have.
• Calm Space - Lightroom has a Calm Space available. This is a facility for anyone who might like somewhere to decompress, pray, feed or calm a child. Please ask one of our Front of House Team who can direct you there.
• Hearing Protection - They offer ear defenders for babies, children, and adults to use during their visit. Ear defenders are available upon request and are subject to availability. They also have an assisted listening system available upon request.
