With plenty of festive mischief, heart-tugging moments, and laugh-out-loud antics (especially from the lovable prankster Jingles!), the elves realise they need help.

Who better to help them than the most magical person in the world, Santa Claus himself? With the children’s help will they get in touch with Santa, will he reveal something truly surprising: Will they get the magic they have been searching for?

How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This is NOT a ticket.

2. Await your e-ticket(s) from the venue - these will usually be delivered on the day of the event. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your primary email address.

3. Take your e-ticket(s) and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.
