The Christmas Lectures (Ballot)

21 Albemarle Street , London, W1S 4BS

Description

Please note: This is not a Tickets For Good Ballot. We are providing access to a third party ballot.

Access to the CHRISTMAS LECTURES ticket ballot is exclusively for Ri Members as a thank you for their support throughout the year. However, the Royal Institution (Ri) have extended the opportunity to Tickets for Good users to enter the ballot. And that’s not all! If you are successful in the ballot, you could get your tickets for only £1 each (plus a small booking fee).

Initiated by Michael Faraday when organised education for children was scarce, the CHRISTMAS LECTURES from the Royal Institution established an exciting new way of presenting science to young people. First broadcast in 1936, the CHRISTMAS LECTURES is the oldest science television series.

In the 2024 CHRISTMAS LECTURES from the Royal Institution, UCLH Doctor and leading science presenter Dr Chris van Tulleken will reveal the revolutionary science of what happens inside our bodies when we eat. And you could be there to watch the live filming!

How To Enter The Ballot

1. Book a free ballot access ticket - you will receive a link and code in your confirmation email

2. Enter the ballot via the link provided, choosing your preferred dates on submission

3. The ballot will close at 11.59pm on Thursday 10 October 2024. The chances of securing tickets will not be influenced by when you make your application (but it's always nice to get in early isn't it?! Job done!) Ballot draw times will be confirmed by the organiser.
